duplicity | power information and permissions
Of Wanda's many abilities, there are some that would potentially impact other player characters. These include:
- Clairvoyance: This affords Wanda a magical intuition, which allows her to receive and discern information about an object or a person, even if she has never directly encountered them before.
- Telepathy: Wanda has an ability to enter the minds of others, and get a read on their thoughts and emotions, at least to some extent. For detailed readings, it would take a conscious choice on Wanda's part, so in most of her day-to-day interactions, she would only be getting vague impressions of thoughts and feelings. She has, in the past, demonstrated an ability to control people's minds and induce fear in them, but she does not like to do this, and is thus not in the habit of it. For the purposes of RP, something like this would only be done if we specifically plot it out.
- Magical awareness: This allows Wanda to have some sense of what is going on around her, particularly of any other individuals with magical abilities or other powers.
- The ability to channel energy from divine sources, which would impact any characters that are god or god-like entities.
- An awareness of vampirism, courtesy of the Darkhold she has bound to her body and soul.

Would you be interested in Wanda learning information about your character even if they have not directly interacted? If so, what could she learn?: hecketty yes!! wanda is honestly free to scan anything of rowena's life and i can fill in more detsils if u need them. big things: powerful witch, morally grey, old as heck
Is there any information that Wanda could passively pick up on from your character (e.g., vague emotions, etc)? If so, what information would she learn?: she has a lot of fear tucked under the surface that she masks, doubts and insecurities. her boldness is both true and her first manipulation

If your character has magical abilities, can Wanda pick up on this? If so, what sorts of things would she know about your character's powers?: rowena radiates magical power. she's a natural witch whose power is purely from magic/nature (rather than another source)

Character: Loki Laufeyson
Would you be interested in Wanda learning information about your character even if they have not directly interacted? If so, what could she learn?: Absolutely! She can learn that Loki used to be a submissive and is now a dominant in the city.
Is there any information that Wanda could passively pick up on from your character (e.g., vague emotions, etc)? If so, what information would she learn?: Loki tries to keep his emotions to himself but I've always put in his permissions that it would take someone on the level of Wanda or Jean to be able to get in there. Loki is very insecure sometimes and he uses sarcasm and ambition to make up for it.
Can Wanda enter your character's mind?: Yes, with more difficulty than she'd normally encounter from a regular person. In the tv show, Sylvie couldn't enchant Loki and she was shown enchanting dozens of people at the time so it's assumed that you would need to be a high level telepath like Wanda to be able to read his mind.
What information would you like for her to find in your character's mind?:
He misses his mom and his brother, a lot, and feels responsible for his mother's death. He worries about his friends from back at the TVA (OB, Mobius, B-15, Sylvie) and thinks of them often. He misses his first contract and only dominant, Qi'ra, and loved her.
If your character has magical abilities, can Wanda pick up on this? If so, what sorts of things would she know about your character's powers?: She would know up front about his magic because he'd likely tell her. Otherwise, here are his powers and he is unable to manipulate time in the city. Mostly his abilities would be limited to his shapeshifting and illusions as those would not be world-breaking. His illusions allow him to change into other people and his sex is fluid so it is implied he takes a female form from time to time.
If your character is a vampire, will Wanda be able to have knowledge of this?: n/a
If your character is a divine or god-like entity, can Wanda channel energy from them should the occasion arise?: Well...he is a god...but only because Midgard said he was. He's actually just a frost giant. If Wanda told him she needed it for a good enough reason, Loki might allow it.

Character: Quentin Beck aka Mysterio
Would you be interested in Wanda learning information about your character even if they have not directly interacted? If so, what could she learn?: In general she could learn or even know already (since they are from the same universe) that Beck is a known supervillain, primarily an antagonist to Spider-Man. She could also know that he is human and doesn't have any special powers - all his illusions/magic are special effects and trickery. However, relevant to her colleagues, she may also be aware that across the multiverse a different Mysterio had influenced and tricked an alternate Wolverine enough to make him murder all of the X-Men and then that Wolverine crossed dimensions to try to take out this Mysterio too, because he had the potential to do just as much damage. So while he deals in fakery, he can be very dangerous.
Is there any information that Wanda could passively pick up on from your character (e.g., vague emotions, etc)? If so, what information would she learn?: While he is a known supervillain, she can pick up that he is remorseful and has been trying to change and stay on the straight path and has been doing so in the city (and to some degree had been trying back home). He doesn't wish to hurt anyone if it can be avoided. Also a lot of his confidence and grandiosity is an act, put on over what is a shyer, more insecure man underneath.
Can Wanda enter your character's mind?: Yes
What information would you like for her to find in your character's mind?: She can pick up on any of the above and there's a lot more so we could figure that out later, if it comes to that. Although one other major things is that he has died and been sent to Hell, then resurrected as he made a deal with demons. He's still very messed up emotionally by this.
If your character has magical abilities, can Wanda pick up on this? If so, what sorts of things would she know about your character's powers?: Beck has no real magical powers and is known to use special effects and other tricks to fool people.

Character: Tyler Zimt
Would you be interested in Wanda learning information about your character even if they have not directly interacted? If so, what could she learn?: Sure! In general, he inherited a family fortune and profitable family spice business - Zinnaspice. He's loves parties and socializing and dressing up. He has asthma and walks with a slight limp.
Is there any information that Wanda could passively pick up on from your character (e.g., vague emotions, etc)? If so, what information would she learn?: Tyler generally has an optimistic air and while he can seem like he has a big ego, it's more ignorance and flawed social skills from being sheltered than arrogance. His generosity is his best trait and is sincere.
Can Wanda enter your character's mind?: Yes
What information would you like for her to find in your character's mind?: She could discover that he has a lot of bottled up bad emotions. Anything negative he tends to mentally push inside and cover with distractions and happy thoughts. Including grief over his parent's death by car accident when he was in his early 20's. He's never faced it.

Any additional notes or questions for me?: Tyler is pretty harmless, just wants to have fun but at the expense of facing any anger or grief he has been holding back for a decade. It could be interesting to delve into that at some point, maybe she can relate emotionally in some way. But we can discuss if anything more serious happens.

Character: Agent Washington
Would you be interested in Wanda learning information about your character even if they have not directly interacted? If so, what could she learn?: "Washington" is a codename; his real name is David Holloway and while some people know his first name he's told no one his last name. He considers Washington his real name for all intents and purposes. Wash has been in the city for almost three years; he's currently contracted to MCU Natasha and Eddie Munson. He's a former military spec-ops agent, is from ~space~ and has never been to Earth, and had sisters growing up. AND ALSO, through Pietro; he knows about Pietro and Wanda's general MCU history and background and would be running that information in his mind just by association on interacting with her.
Is there any information that Wanda could passively pick up on from your character (e.g., vague emotions, etc)? If so, what information would she learn?: He is an excellent liar and actor when he puts his mind to it and is mostly constantly using that skill to project his normal calm if somewhat intense demeanor when his head is a constant shitstorm. Even non-magical people pick up on his intensity and focus, like he's watching almost everything a little too closely, but what others might chalk up to Wash just being a paranoid ex-military man Wanda might get a better sense of. She could pick up on a sense of almost glitchy/techy static and constant streaming information that he's processing and analyzing that's not really under his control. There's an intense filtering going on; he chooses what emotions to express and show and its all very deliberate even in a casual context when he isn't hiding any of it.
Can Wanda enter your character's mind?: OOC yes, IC "noooooo". People poking around in his head without his permission is something he aggressively hates and if he finds out about it he'll be extremely unhappy about it; more forgiving if its something she can't control and just passively happens but he might still lash out depending on how he finds out. I'm all for that tho.
What information would you like for her to find in your character's mind?: The tl;dr is that he's almost constantly on the verge of a mental breakdown and losing sense of self/identity and is only pushing it back through sheer willpower, he's very tired but it's simply a necessity of his existence. If she ever does go delving we can talk about the deets!
If your character has magical abilities, can Wanda pick up on this? If so, what sorts of things would she know about your character's powers?: Wash's only real "power" is a literal photographic memory that's wreaking a lot more havoc on his brain than he wants to let on! It's of non-magical origin so I'll leave it up to you if Wanda can pick up on it, it's very specifically the result of techy/experimentation bullshit.

Any additional notes or questions for me?: He's a paranoid spec-ops type and wouldn't be the happiest about Wanda being able to pull x info about him out of thin air but he'll live; he hangs out with spies all the time. "Magic" he'll have a harder time with but he'll still live. He doesn't go out of his way to hide that he has this small but noticeable metal thing embedded in the back of his neck + some nasty scarring around it, so she might be able to draw some conclusions from the stuff she picks up!
